As a certified Nutritional Therapy Consultant (NTC), I am not licensed or certified by any state.  I have received a certificate of completion from the Nutritional Therapy Association, Inc.  A license to practice Nutritional Therapy is not required in the state of Texas where my practice is based .  Laws and regulations regarding certification and licensure requirements differ from state to state.

I have been trained to recommend dietary and lifestyle changes as well as nutritional supplementation to clients based on health history, food journal analysis, some functional evaluations and using the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ).  I am not trained to provide medical diagnosis or to treat any medical or pathological condition, illness, injury, or disease.

I will at all times exercise my best professional efforts, skills and care. However, I cannot guarantee the outcome of coaching efforts and/or recommendations on my website/Facebook page/emails and my comments about the outcome are expressions of opinion only.
